Week 9

I'm almost done with my project and I'm proud of it. I think my students had a good change thanks to the course and the technology tools chosen to improve my classes. Now I notice I'm thinking in how can I use technology in my classes more an more. It's like I'm not so worried of trying new tools because my students can benefit from them so I feel more confident even if I have to make some changes.
This week's topic was learning styles and technology tools which I found interesting but after reading the article of gthe New York Times things are not so clear anymore. What I think is that I need to design different types of exercises,,and online tools can help a lot, to cope with different learnng styles.

  1. Dear Mariaang ,

I totally agree with your comments .

-If you like to have a look at my blog I created for my students
http://sanabisfourthgrade.blogspot.com/ . Remember that Armed with technology , teachers can ensure they provide enough variety in the activities they use.
Also let's ask what is your learning style you like to apply ?
    Regards,

  2. Hello Mariaang,

Nice picture! Are you teaching CLIL lessons? What subject do you teach? I have some CLIL lessons in my schedule. I teach IT. Share your experience, it's very interesting way of learning language.

    1. Hi Jurgita,
I'm teaching Art in English and my friend is teaching Science. I think is very good for students having classes in English instead of only having English language classes.
What do you teach exactly, IT meaning technology?

    2. Hi,

That's great! I agree with you, teaching CLIL lessons is very useful for students. I teach Information Technologies (Word, Excel, Paint, a little bit of programming, etc.) in English. I like that way of teaching - students learn language easier when they don't think about it :)

      Best,
      Jurgita
