I'm starting to use Delicious as a tool for Bookmarking, which makes a difference in my classes. I used to have a folder in my email to save the links for my classes and it was not too bad. I kept sending emails to myself to save all the interesting sites I was visiting but from now on I don't need to do it anymore. It was not a good idea opening your private email in front of the students to look for websites. I also follow some of my mates at the Webskills course and we all can learn from aech other thanks to that social bookmarking.

Hi Angles!
ReplyDeleteYes, we had to keep our favourite web links some how. At first I noted down all in a diary.I had to type everything again and it was a hell. Then I bookmarked on the browser. When something went wrong in computer all bookmarks vanished.A little better way was to first sign in and then bookmark. But you could not share them.Social bookmarking like delicious has brought a real solution. Now I am happy, are you?

kayyum
I agree with you, it's a good solution it's a kind of Facebook for links, you can share evrything.

Hi Angels,
ReplyDeleteGardner's Multiple Intelligence! Thank you for bringing that up. That would be something to think of while planning for the upcoming project...

I know, I was reminding "myself" about the Multiple Intelligences so as not to forget about it. It¡s a good thing you agree with it too.

Hi Angels
ReplyDeleteYou made me laugh when you discussed opening private email in front of the class. I've had to do that, and it is a bit awkward. Nice looking blog!!
Robert
I know, but I first froze the screen so that they couldn't see everything, just in case.
DeleteHi Angles,
ReplyDeleteI like your way of summarizing what you learned and what you did in the past week.I agree with you that technology is interesting style of teaching .
